Cancellation Policy

Payment has to be made in the first week of every month or before commencement of the first class in every term whichever is applicable. Cancellation has to be advised to the respective educator with a minimum notice of 4 weeks or before the starting of term classes whichever is applicable. If your child has to miss any class, a minimum of a day's notice is appreciated, in these circumstances refund for that class will not be provided rather a make-up class shall be organized at your and the educator’s availability. We will endeavour to, but do not guarantee, offer a make-up session in case of a public holiday or school day off. (Only applicable for after school programs in schools). At-least 12-hr notice has to be provided if your child/ren is not attending the class for us to be able to arrange a makeup session. All payments where applicable which are done from website are managed in a secure way via STRIPE payment gateway. Term fee is calculated in a pro-rated basis.
